Limited Warranty

(Applicable within the U.S.A. only)

Lightspeed Audio (hereafter referred to as LA.) warrants to the original retail purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship when used in accordance with its printed instructions for a period of one year in normal home use, from the date of purchase from a LA. Authorized Dealer in the United States of America. LA. agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new part in exchange for any defective part of the unit (except the cosmetics), free of charge for parts and labor, provided the unit is delivered intact by the owner or his/her representative to LA.  It shall be understood that the owner is responsible for all shipping costs.

• This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, or use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor does it extend to any unit altered or repaired by anyone other than LA.
• Removal or alteration of the serial number may void the warranty.
• The warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. In no event shall LA. be liable for incidental or consequential damages or have any liability with respect to defects other than the obligations set forth above.

If service is required:

1. Please contact us for a Return Authorization and the shipping address.
2. All units serviced under warranty must be sent to LA. with original packaging and original proof of purchase.
3. For out of warranty services: minimum service charge: $80 plus shipping ($25-$40 shipping charge for continental US.  Please inquire for all other shipping rates)
